Bring It On Bircher

My absolute favourite – so quick and easy to make and such a satisfying breakfast. If you haven’t tried the bircher at Knead bakery, you must! I like to think mine comes in at a close second.

Bircher muesli

  • 100g oats
  • 100ml milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1tbs honey
  • 2.5ml vanilla paste
  • 5ml cinnamon
  • 1 grated apple
  • a handful of fresh raspberries and pecan nuts

Mix together the oats, milk, yoghurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Soak for a few hours or preferably overnight. Just before serving, mix in the grated apple and top with raspberries and nuts. You can add anything you desire to bircher!
