Coconut water is the new thing on the block, incredibly healthy and delicious. It is now available at Pick n’ Pay, here is a quick and easy recipe to get you started on a healthy day

Coconut smoothie

• 3 ripe bananas, peeled and cubed
• 250ml coconut water, chilled
• 125ml desiccated coconut
• 5ml vanilla essence

Place the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
