Tuna ‘My Way’

Asian-style seared tuna
Serves 4
- 200ml olive oil
- 100ml soya sauce
- 15ml sesame oil
- 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 5ml crushed ginger
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tuna steaks
Mix all the above ingredients together. Place the tuna in a container and pour over the marinade. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Braai on a very hot fire for 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
