Turkey stuffing

Pork, apple & sage


• 8 pork sausages
• 15g butter
• 4 apples, cute into 8ths
• 15g golden brown sugar
• 15g sage
• 2 slices of low GI breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste

Remove the pork mince from the sausage skin and place in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a frying pan, and add the apples, fry for 5 minutes and then add the golden brown sugar and fry for a further 5 minutes or until the apples are caramelized.

Add the apples, sage and breadcrumbs to the mince, season and mix will.
