Edamame

Serves 4
Ingredients
500g Frozen edamame in shells
15ml crushed chili flakes
15ml pink peppercorns
30ml Maldon sea salt flakes
Place a medium sized pot of salted water onto the boil. Boil the edamame for 5 minutes.
Place the chili flakes and peppercorns into a spice grinder and pulse 3 times, mix with the salt flakes and keep aside.
Remove the edamame from the heat and strain. Sprinkle over the seasoned salt and serve immediately.
